Wole Odetayo
Co-Founder/Executive Director

Wole Odetayo co-founded Nigeria’s foremost venture accelerator, Wennovation Hub in 2011. Since then, he has played leading roles in building the Nigerian Technology Ecosystem through different initiatives like the Lagos Angel Network and other sustainable businesses in Oil & Gas, Fintech and Business Consulting. He briefly served as the pioneer Operations Manager for the Information Technology Developers Entrepreneurship Accelerator (iDEA Nigeria), a government facilitated and Accenture (Nigeria) supported incubator-accelerator.Wole believes that his training as a medical doctor is the cradle of his mental strength for business strategy especially his acumen for Go-To-Market Strategy, Project Management and Corporate Strategy. He has spoken about and around the topic of Technology Entrepreneurship at several local and international events. He is passionate about birthing social change through ICT in Africa.

Michael Oluwagbemi
Co-Founder/Lead Strategist

Micheal Oluwagbemi II is a serial entrepreneur and project management professional. He founded LoftyInc Allied Partners, a business and project development company focused on the Resource, Infrastructure and Technology sectors. He is also co-founder of Wennovation Hub. Michael also served as the Vice-President & Director at Amazon Energy (Group) Limited. He is a Certified Project Management Professional, and Member of the Project Management Institute, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineer and Texas Society of Professional Engineers. Prior to the co-founding of Wennovation Hub, Michael was Project Engineer/Construction Support Manager at WorleyParsons Group Inc in Houston, as well as Engineer at Exxon Mobil Production, Houston. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and a GE Fellow for Africa.

Idris Ayo Bello
Co-Founder/Programmes Director

The 'Afropreneur' (entrepreneur with an African focus), Idris Bello holds advanced degrees in computer science, business administration, and global health from the University of Houston, Rice University, and the University of Oxford, UK respectively. As a leader, Idris has mentored and catalyzed scores of contributors across the growing African landscape and is an angel investor and advisor to several African startups including Andela, Flutterwave, Nervemobile, Printivo, Kangpe, ScholarX among others. Listed among CNN’s Top Ten African Technology Voices, he is a Singularity University Impact Fellow, Harambe Entrepreneur Alliance Associate, Clinton Global Initiative University Fellow, MIT Global Start-up Fellow, SAP Ashoka Global Changemakers Award Winner, Dell Technology Award Winner, StartingBloc Innovation Fellow and a Nigeria Leadership Initiative Future Leader. He is a globally acclaimed award-winning strategist and social innovator with experience in technology, data analytics, supply chain , strategic planning, project management, and with social and business networks spanning five continents. Idris has utilized his education and skill to serve as a leading expert in deploying technology and innovation to drive public sector reforms as well as providing consulting expertise and strategic advisory services to startup firms and social enterprises in emerging markets, especially in Africa.

Damilola Agboola
Co-Founder/Director, International Business

Damilola Agboola is a Certified Cost Professional - Certified by the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI) with multiple Major Capital Project (MCP) work experience with both Operators and Service Companies. He has been part of the Project Management Team that executed projects such as the Escravous Gas to Liquid Project in Nigeria, The Lianzi Project in Angola and the Papa Terra Tension Well Leg Platform in Brazil. Damilola Agboola has also developed social impact and capital projects, while serving as a partner at LoftyInc Allied Partners - creating the much needed jobs in Africa while leveraging innovation across various industries including energy, agriculture, finance, healthcare, education, and infrastructure.


Jean L. Njoroge

Jean is a data scientist with PhD in Computational Material science & engineering with a passion for data and technological innovations. An innovative researcher with highly refined analytical skills and solid understanding of mathematical and statistical principles. Independent thinker with strong team spirit. Realistic problem solver with professional programming and testing skills. Proven ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clean, precise and effective manner.

Bashir Koledoye

Bashir is a versatile geologist, experienced in Exploration and development Geology, with extensive training in Reservoir Management techniques and possessing special knowledge of the Gulf of Guinea areas including all parts of the Niger delta, the Dahomey Basin and the Rio Muni Basic. He has trained geoscientists and petroleum engineers in the use of seismic interpretation and fault seal analysis software within and outside Nigeria

Ndidi Ukaonu

Ndidi Ukaonu is an assistant general manager, retail banking division of Guaranty Trust bank Plc. She obtained an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, United Kingdom and is a fellow of the institute of Credits Analysts. She has over sixteen (16) years’ cognate experience in corporate (multinationals), retail and commercial banking with one of Africa’s most innovative banking brands. A strong advocate for the emergence of home grown (African) SMEs.

Mogaji Abiola Iyiola

Abiola is the Chairman of the Board for Safeway Shipping Limited, Safeway Purelife Water and SpareParts Connect. In 2003, he was selected as a member of a team by British Council in conjuction with the human Rights Institute of South Africa (HURISA) to study the Parliamentary sessions in Johannesburg and Cape Town both in South Africa.
